Recently, key representatives from the Founders Association of MSMEs and Entrepreneurs (FAME) engaged in a fruitful meeting with officials of Barangay LGU Sto. Niño in Marikina City. Present at the meeting were FAME Founding President Ms. Ghie Guevarra, Ms. Anna De Leon, and Mr. Germike Maravilla from Packing King, coordinating with the Barangay.
The primary agenda of this gathering was to forge a partnership aimed at empowering unemployed constituents and out-of-school youth in the Barangay. FAME, in collaboration with Barangay LGU Sto. Niño, seeks to institutionalize a holistic approach to support these individuals through entrepreneurship initiatives, livelihood trainings, workshops, and seminars.
By working closely with Barangay officials, FAME aims to create sustainable programs tailored to the specific needs of the community. Through entrepreneurship and skills development, the partnership endeavors to provide avenues for economic empowerment and social inclusion.
This collaboration underscores FAME’s commitment to fostering inclusive growth and supporting the development of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Marikina City. Together, FAME and Barangay LGU Sto. Niño are dedicated to building a brighter future for the unemployed constituents and youth, creating opportunities for sustainable livelihoods and entrepreneurship.
